What we collect
Email address and name (from our authentication provider); subscription and billing details; product usage logs; and technical data such as IP address. We do not collect financial account credentials, brokerage logins, or trading history.
Third-party processors
We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and OpenAI (automated analysis of public data). Each processes data under its own terms.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process payments, send service and newsletter emails (where you have opted in), and improve the product. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating the service.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and operational requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Cross-border disclosure
Some of our processors are located overseas (including the United States), so your data may be processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
Your rights
